سالاد شیرازی یکی از سالادهای سنتی ایران است که محبوبیت آن به قدری است که در تمام شهرهای کشور تهیه می شود. این سالاد بیشتر در کنار غذاهای پلویی مانند عدس پلو ، لوبیا پلو و … تهیه و سرو می شود. مواد اصلی تشکیل دهنده این سالاد شامل خیار ، گوجه فرنگی ، پیاز و برخی طعم دهنده ها می باشد.
